Product Description

Cooked al dente and packed in water, our borlotti beans have a smooth, creamy texture, with a mild flavor that has been compared to chestnuts. All-natural, preservative-free, with no added salt, sugars, citric acid, calcium chloride or EDTA. They are also Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Kosher, gluten-free, and packed in BPA-free packaging. Borlotti beans are traditionally used in the classic Italian dish Pasta e Fagioli. They are also a welcome addition to burritos, served with rice, and in a variety of chilis, soups and stews. Available in 14.28 oz. and 91 oz. cans.
