We start with 100% USDA organic Italian San Marzano tomatoes, grown and produced in Southern Italy where they are vine ripened and picked at maturity. During production they are steam peeled and crushed into a very fine particulate. Our tomatoes are all-natural, preservative-free, with no added salt, sugars, citric acid or calcium chloride. They're also Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Kosher, gluten-free, and packed in BPA-free packaging. Ideal for pasta and pizza sauce. Available in a 28 oz. can.
